OUTinCHI contracts Moniker Graphics
OUTinCHI a new online and print publication has contracted Moniker Graphics to build a news portal catering to the Chicago LGBTQ community. With a launch scheduled for sometime in the later part of February 2012, OIC and Moniker staff are hard at work preparing the site for opening.
